Charged and never received

I placed an order totaling $140.28 and my CC was charged but I never received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation and email to customer support was ignored. My account says order unfulfilled. They’re not supposed to charge until they ship. Smh

I love glas, and thats no joke. Every month I put my order in and every delivery arrives on-time. Immediately my stress level drops. Im thankful that Im able to order online and get what I need. The days of driving all over town trying to find what I was after was such a chore. I would recommend stocking the black flavor since I havent seen it in stock in close to a year.
