Availability of Blue Tabacco cartridges

I ordered these a week ago and didn't receive the standard email stating my order had shipped. I sent 2 emails trying to find out the status of my shipment but didn't receive a response for several days. Once I receive a response I was told that the Blue Tabacco cartridges were out of stock until later in the week. I was shipped a free supply of a different variety (menthol, I don'tbuse menthol) and still had to drive ½ hour and spend $100 on a competing product to get me though since Glas products are not available in my area. Very frustrating.
