Our Age Policy

The Glas nicotine-delivery system, including devices and pods, is for adult (age 21+ only) use only. We do not sell or condone the sale our products to anyone who is not of legal age (age 21+ only)  to purchase the product. Any Glas distribution or Retail Partner found selling to anyone under legal age (age 21+ only) will immediately forfeit their ability to sell Glas products in the future.

Age Verification Process
Our age verification system runs instantly in the background by checking your provided information against bank records. If you used a different address for your information, be sure to use the information your bank has on file.

If the system is unable to find a match, you will be asked to verify your age and enter your date of birth.

If no match is found, you'll be asked to enter the last 4 digits of your SSN or upload a picture of your ID. All information is sent via a 128-bit AES encryption and is only used for age verification purposes.

Ensure that the photograph you submit is not blurry, and all information on your ID is clearly legible.

If your information is correct and you're still having issues, our Glas Concierge team can review your information manually.

Keep in mind changes to your address or billing may require you to go through an additional age verification.

At Glas, we take all necessary precautions to ensure that our products are purchased by adults of legal age (age 21+ only) only. We require identity verification for anyone purchasing online, and we require all distribution and retail partners to have age-verification checks in place before buying and selling our products.
