Still waiting....

I ordered 6, waited over a week only to be told they were out of stock and I'd receive an additional 4 as a thank you for waiting. Then when they did arrive they were the wrong flavor but in a Signature box. I'm still waiting for 10 of the CORRECT flavor after 2 weeks.

Didn’t receive order

My credit card was charged for my order but I never received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. Glas order history shows order is unfulfilled. Have sent 2 emails to Glas support and haven’t received response. This isn’t typical of Glas. I order frequently, spend about $250 per month and have for the past 3.5 years, 98% of the time product and shipping has been reliable. Nevertheless, this last experience has been very disappointing.
