HOW DOES GLAS WORK?
Glas is a simple, buttonless device that provides consistent, effortless draw every time. Simple remove the film from the pod, insert the pod into the device for a snug fit and begin your full-bodied, multi-layered experience.
WHY SHOULD I REGISTER MY DEVICE?
You don’t have to, but the perks are nice. Registering your device within 30 days of purchase immediately enrolls you in our 1-year warranty.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CHARGE?
Super fast! Our patented ECO battery technology allows the Glas device to reach full charge in 20 minutes with zero degradation over the life of the battery. Each charge lasts for one pod on average.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN IT’S TIME TO CHARGE MY DEVICE?
Another beautiful design feature is the ease of knowing your battery status. The ring around the “G” Glas logo at the bottom of the device glows.
- Blue = 100% - 20% Charge
- Green = 20% - 5% Charge
- Red = 5% - 0% Charge
TO CHARGE: Plug the Micro-USB charger included into the bottom of the device. The ring around the "G" Glas logo should turn a solid green when charging and solid blue once fully charged. A full charge should take approximately 20 minutes. Be sure to charge on a clean, flat surface and use only the charger provided with the device.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY DEVICE & PODS?
Glas is made from a PVD-coated anti-scratch finish so you don't have to worry too much about blemishing the device and the anti-leak pods should help you avoid messy spills. Still, to minimize potential damage, we recommend carrying your Glas separate from other items, such as coins, cell phones, keys or other items.
When not in use, keep your Glas device and pods in a cool, dry setting out of direct sunlight. Ideally, keep pods in their blister packs until they are ready to be used.
HOW LONG DOES A POD LAST?
Good question! How long a pod lasts is entirely dependent on the user. Longer more intense draws will require more from the battery, as will more frequent puffs. However, Glas was designed so that a full charge and our extra-large, anti-leak 1.3mL pods last just under a full day for the average user. That is roughly the equivalent of a pack of cigarettes, for users looking to fully switch from combustible tobacco.

Each pod contains 5%, which equates to 5 mg/mL
HOW MANY FLAVORS DOES GLAS OFFER?

WHAT IS TOBACCO-FREE NICOTINE (TFN)?
Tobacco-Free Nicotine means just that – the nicotine in our products is lab-derived which allows us to remove any of the impurities found in naturally-derived tobacco, including the unpleasant taste and smell, creating an unparalleled full-bodied, multilayered flavor experience.
HOW DO I GET THE OPTIMAL DRAW FROM A POD?
Glas adapts to your vaping style. Try different breath depths and speeds to find what suits you best. To get the optimal draw from a pod, make sure the airflow hole on the side of the pod is clear from any obstruction.
WHAT ARE THE PODS MADE OF?
The pods are made of a polycarbonate shell. The coil is made of Kanthal®, an ironchromium-aluminum alloy, which is surrounded by an organic cotton wick.
HOW IS THE POD E-LIQUID FORMULATED?
Glas pod e-liquid is a blend of our proprietary nicotine salts, vegetable glycerin and propylene glycol.
CAN I FILL MY PODS WITH MY OWN E-LIQUID?
Please do not attempt to fill Glas pods with your own e-liquid. Glas devices are designed to work specifically with Glas pods (and Glas pod formulations). The pods are also constructed to be leak proof, and any attempt to open them would compromise the integrity of the pods and thus invalidate the 1-year warranty.
HOW DOES THE VERTICAL TRIPLE COIL & DUAL AIR FLOW TECHNOLOGY WORK?
Here’s the really cool part and we’re proud to share it. Each 1.3ml Glas Pod features innovative coil & wick system with the industry’s first triple coil and patented double airflow technology. Paired together with our device, it delivers a full and satisfying vape experience by opening up the liquids to create a full bodied, multi-layered, artisanal experience unlike any other pod system on the market.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY POD LEAKS?
In the off chance that you’re purchase a leaky pod, please contact retailsupport@glas.com with a picture of your receipt and of the pod as well as a ship to address in the email. We’ll be happy to send you a replacement. Please be aware that you must be 21+ to receive a package and delivery requires your signature.
WHY IS MY DEVICE NOT CHARGING?
Check to make sure you are using a 5v power supply (at minimum) capable of supplying 2 amps or more of power for best results. Additionally, try using a different micro-USB charging cable, and make sure the charging port is free of any obstructions like lint or dirt.
WHY IS MY GLAS NOT PRODUCING ANY VAPOR?
If your device is not producing vapor, it could be a number of issues. Check to make sure the device charges and the badge on the device glows when you inhale. If that works, try a different pod. If neither of those options work,contact us.
WHAT DO I DO IF A CUSTOMER RETURNS A LEAKY POD OR DAMAGED DEVICE?
Please ask the customer to email a photo of their receipt and of the damaged pod as well as a ship-to address for a replacement pack to support@glas.com.
WHY IS THE DEVICE NOT RINGING UP AS $0.99 WITH THE PURCHASE OF A POD PACK?
